Profile Rank

LimeExchange attributes a profile rank to all service providers. We calculate profile rank on the basis of certain parameters. These parameters indicate the activity, commitment and quality of the providers on LimeExchange.

To arrive at true profile rank, we take into account all the crucial activities having the effect of measuring provider’s quality and commitment on LimeExchange. Profile rank is governed by the extent of provider’s activity on LimeExchange. The more actively a provider participates on LimeExchange, the higher will be the profile rank of that provider. 

Attributes like having a complete Profile, higher Earnings on LimeExchange, ability to get continuous business from the Buyers, etc., speak volumes about the provider’s positive activities, commitment and quality on LimeExchange. Profile rank gets a boost on account of such positive attributes.

We provide two types of profile ranks:

  • LimeExchange Rank, and
  • Category Rank

  • In the Search Results

When a Buyer searches for Service Providers in a multiple categories, we show LimeExchange Rank in the search results.

When a Buyer searches for Service Providers in a single category, we show Category Rank in the search results.


 

  • On the Profile Page

Buyers can view LimeExchange Rank as well as the Category Rank of the providers on their profile page. Category Rank can be viewed by selecting any category from the drop down.

  • On the Bid Summary Page

When providers bid on projects, their profile rank is shown to the buyers on the bid summary page. Better ranking increases the chances of winning a project. All bids by Vantage Providers are shown to the buyers in order of priority along with the profile rank and a Vantage icon.

 

Ranking Criteria

LimeExchange calculates profile rank on the basis of certain parameters. These parameters include provider’s earnings on LimeExchange, complete profile, ability to get continuous business from Buyer, number of projects completed, verified education, etc.   

How do I improve my Profile Rank?

Profile rank can be improved by simply following these guidelines:

Join our Vantage Plan: The higher the plan, the better will be the profile rank. The logic is simple – a higher plan implies more activity on LimeExchange when compared to the providers who are on a lower plan. Vantage Providers get additional boost in their profile rank than the providers under Basic, Pro or Individual plans.

Complete your profile: By having a 100% profile completeness you show that you mean business. You get a higher profile rank for this activity.

Complete more projects: The more projects you complete at LimeExchange, the higher will be your earnings. Higher earnings will help you in getting a better profile rank.

Get your education verified: You can get your education verified by Justifacts, an independent and trusted agency. A provider who has got a higher number of educational qualifications verified deserves a higher profile rank.

Get Recommendations: If you are active on LimeExchange, you will have more Connections and a better network of known associates. The more recommendations you get from your Connections, the higher will be your ranking.  

Actively participate on LimeExchange: You can take online skill tests, English proficiency test and participate on Q&A and LimeStand to improve your profile rank.
