Coupons
LimeExchange selects some of its users and provides them
with a promotional code. The selection is solely based on an internal
evaluation policy of the LimeExchange. The policy takes into account
many aspects before awarding a promotional code to any user.
Using promotional code
On receipt of a promotional code, please visit the 'Payments --> Coupons' tab. Click on the ‘I have a Promotional Code’ link and submit your promotional code. You will find the details of the coupon that can be used for the purpose mentioned therein. If the coupon is for general purpose, it can be used for any activity on LimeExchange. For example, the following coupon offers a cash discount of 10.0 USD on any payment:
Coupons also have an expiration date beyond which you cannot use them. You can make use of the promotional codes as and when you receive them by following the above mentioned process.
Invalid promotional code
When you enter and submit promotional code, the system may flash a message “Invalid promotional code.” It happens when the promotional code entered by you is incorrect or is still to be activated by the LimeExchange support team. In such a situation, please contact LimeExchange support team for help.
Expired promotional code
When you enter and submit promotional code, the system may flash a message that the promotional code has expired. It happens when you use a promotional code after its validity period. In such a situation, please contact LimeExchange support team for help.
